Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping
• Orders below ₹999 — Flat shipping charge of ₹70

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier's website.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package will be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
