Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999 — Free standard shipping
• Orders below ₹999 — Flat shipping charge of ₹70
• Express shipping — ₹300 (delivered in 1–3 business days)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier's website.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package will be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us at business.rosestone@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
